Refund policy

If a template does not do what its description says, or you are simply not satisfied, write to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase with your order number, and you get a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

If something does not work, such as a formula error in your version of Excel, please tell us as well: we fix problems quickly and send you the corrected file.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
